Very good. Professional and quick. My order was very small, but still it was treated seriously and with full speed.
We ordered a fishing license for North Moravia Region (3 hours drive north-east of Prague). Great fly fishing, with very versatile conditions: beautiful rivers but also lot of pituresque tiny creeks (bring a short rod in 2-4 weight to have good dry fly fishing).
You will mainly catch wild brown trout and grayling. There are lot of fish, but mainly smaller size (below 25cm). The locals mainly do spin fishing and don't do "Catch&Release". Only on rare occasions you will catch a fish bigger than 30cm.
North Moravia is quite a rural place without much tourism. People are much more friendly and open compared to other parts of Czech, but you shouldn't expect many English speaking people.

Thanks Tim, I had a very enjoyable fishing trip. The countryside and the rivers were beautiful and clean, and the fish, though not large were there in good numbers and would never have seen a hook.
Anthony Wheatcroft, Cumbria, England, May 2006 Hi Tim,

Just a quick note to thank you for such a great weekends fly fishing. The inclement weather coupled with the fact that I was a 'fluff chucking' virgin did not fill me with a great amount of optimism but a combination of your good advice and some happily suicidal fish meant that even I managed to put fish on the bank. Two firsts for me, first fish on the fly and my first grayling (also on the first day of the season) meant that I was a happy person (in spite of the rain and floods). I am looking forward to coming back when the rivers are back to normal and when you can wade without risking being swept out to the North sea! The hotel was fine and very comfortable and I can also recommend the area around Frantiskovy Lazne for sightseeing if you want a break from the fishing, for example the bubbling mud springs at Soos (get Tim to draw you a map!) and the castle on the hill at Locet are well worth a little trip. I am sure there were many more but a weekend is not really long enough to see them all.
Many thanks again and I am looking forward to my next trip.
Best wishes,
Andy Stocks, Vienna, Austria, April 2006

Had a great time fly fishing with Tim! I caught my first trout (2) and have finally broken the curse of fresh water!!!

I had a great day and Tim was really helpful. I caught 8 fishing including a Grayling which we do not have in Australia.

From the time we met Tim at the pension he made us feel at home.
Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured that the whole week passed smoothly without a hitch. The accommodation was clean, spacious and the food served in the pension restaurant was of a high standard.
Although Prague Tours mainly specialise in fly fishing, we were pleased to find that in the short time coarse fishing trips have been advertised Tim has done his homework and was able to put us in touch with good bags of Roach and hybrids.
Keep up the good work, see you next year!

My 2 day trip with Tim was excellent.
Not only did he bring me to the fish and give me the right advice on fly selection, but he also helped me hone my casting skills and willingly answered all question I asked him about fishing in the Czech Republic.
Because of this when my two days were up, I walked away a better fisherman.
I am already looking forward to the day when I can return.
Thanks Tim!

Tim proved to be a very friendly and easygoing guide. He was willing to help arrange or suggest sight seeing spots and entertainment as well as guiding on the rivers.

Tim made my fishing experience a good one. He met every one of my needs and was a gracious host, as well as a guide.

Tim,
Thank you for a very enjoyable 24 hours last week. It was fun - even if we didn't catch anything.
If you have a couple of decent photos out of what you took can you please send them to me.
I hope the season goes well for you.
Kind regards
